Base Price

The base price for your event includes the consultation, the ceremony and travel up to 25 miles from my home in Berkeley. A deposit (towards the Base Price) is required to hold your date.

Deposit

After you contact me and if I'm available for your event, I will hold your date for 5 days, after which a deposit of $50 is required. Note that the final amount is due 10 days before the event.

Consultation

Consultations last 30 to 45 minutes and can be done either over the phone or at my house in Berkeley. During the consultation we decide on the music selections, attire and other details of the ceremony.

Ceremony

The Ceremony includes 30 minutes of prelude music, all ceremonial music (e.g. processional, recessional, meditation), and up to 15 minutes of postlude music as needed.

Music Outside of my Repertoire

This includes uncommon music that I would need to learn specially for your ceremony, but which is not considered standard for wedding ceremonies.

Theme Attire

Examples of theme attire are include Renaissance and other period costumes. Fee depends on rental price, etc.

Travel Fee

The fee for travel varies with distance and travel time from Berkeley. I charge $0.40 per mile, plus $10 per hour of driving. I will include a quote for the travel fee when provided with the location; the travel time and distances are taken from mapquest.com

Relocation Fee

This applies to cases where I need to set up again in a different building from the ceremony to the cocktail hour or reception.

Full Catholic Mass

The full catholic mass is significantly longer than other ceremonies, and requires much more musical coordination, such as working with the cantor.
